Here's a sample MP3, in the style of a gigantic European company.

Splits a stereo signal into 4 bands (adjustable frequencies, filter steepness, and ripple), then it pans/delays/gains each band separately. Woo hoo!
Unfortunately it's a pain to install, you need the Pluggo runtime, and must put the plug-in and Chebyshev filter module in various places. Also it's unstable, extreme values will cause the filters to feed back on themselves. But WE ARE OFF TO A GOOD START, y/n.
